I couldn’t recommend Gepp enough. We used Bakshi and her team 8 years ago on our first house move and was efficient and professional back then. We have recently used them again for another house move and it would have been so stressful without them. They did a brilliant job getting us in within 8 weeks and after delays in exchange due to other solicitors, Ruth went above and beyond to make it happen for us and still complete the agreed date. First time buyer!
As a first time buyer I couldn't of chosen a better firm to use. Bakshi and Ruth were brilliant from start to finish. Bakshi was not only helpful but also proactive and supported me through the whole process. I recommend using Bakshi and the team.

EASY PROCEDURES FOR SELLING MY HOUSE
I was incredibly happy for a pro-active solicitor in GEPP that assisted by complicated house sale that also including closure to my divorce. I was updated, guided and so many documents were made very easy and simple to follow and sign/return rather than left to discover myself. I am using GEPP again for another purchase as the service was first class!

Amazing!!!!!
This is the second time I've used Gepp Solicitors, Bakshi Dhanda was my solicitor, she was brilliant. I highly recommend them to anyone! Their professionalism is second to none. I used them to move to our new home, if it wasn't for them, I still wouldn't have moved!! They make it easy for you to understand the legal jargon and make sure youre kept in the loop. Ruth Bartrip especially, an articulate yet incredibly tenacious woman!!! She took the reins a lot with chasing up other solicitors in particular and ensuring I had our move done efficiently but ensuring we had everything we needed legally. She never left anything on the back burner considering the amount of clients they have. No corners were cut. I'll be a returning customer. Their rates are affordable and reasonable, again highly recommend. Thank you

Thank you for all your hard work on our house move
Bakshi and her team worked tremendously on both our sale and purchase. This is the second time we have used them, first time 8 years ago and after how productive they were back then, we decided to use them again and I’m so pleased we did. A house move was done within exceptional time from start to finish and with a few hiccups from other solicitors, Ruth worked her magic to get the exchange and completion done within a few days of each other. Sale and Purchase - Excellent!
We recently used Gepp and would 100% recommend them for your property needs. Having bought/sold property previously I was dreading the conveyancing stage based on prior experience, but Gepp were an absolute delight to work with. We felt very much at ease and safe in the knowledge that Bakshi and her team were on top of everything and we never felt out of the loop.
