Kate graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2004 with a law degree before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2005 at the College of Law, Chester. She then joined LG Solicitors as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in July 2007. LG Solicitors merged with Lanyon Bowdler in May 2010. Kate has 15 years' post qualification experience in relation to a variety of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and estate administration. Kate is also a member of the Shropshire branch of Solicitors for the Elderly, an independent, national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
