It didn’t feel like mediating, it felt like a list of demands made by him, pushed by the mediator and I was made to feel like I had to say yes to things I didn’t agree too and it was only when I broke down in tears that they actually started listening

Friendly and Efficient
I have a very difficult custody case at the moment and it's nice to speak with an impartial person who doesn't offer judgment or opinion but listens to you and gives thought provoking feedback. After a meeting with Sue I felt refreshed, listened to and also reflective on my overall situation.
