We have used Lisa multiple times for various property acquisitions and she is exceptional. We are based in Devon which is a long way from where Lisa is based but this makes no difference as she is quick to gain an understanding of the local area and delivers her services brilliantly time and time again.
She has recently works on 2 commercial purchases for us (as well as other purchases/sales previously), each with their own nuances and sometimes "unusual" covenants/agreements with neighbouring property/land but Lisa is always quick to identify potential risks and find ways to mitigate against them.
Lisa provides timely updates which are clear and concise whilst also making sure every last bit of detail is covered so we, as investors have a clear understanding of what we are purchasing.
We've used other firms before but none compare to the level or service we get from Lisa.
