    Brilliant Service - Lisa Johnson - The Sale of Commercial Premises

    I am writing to highly recommend Lisa Johnson in the Commercial Property Conveyance team. Throughout the sale of a complicated family owned multi let Commercial property, Lisa was pragmatic, she kept all the family notified of developments on a regular basis and she was extremely patient when dealing with the purchasers legal team, a SIPP administrator and HMRC. I would highly recommend Lisa as she is very experienced, knowledgeable and she is a joy to work with!

    We have used Lisa multiple times for various property acquisitions and she is exceptional. We are based in Devon which is a long way from where Lisa is based but this makes no difference as she is quick to gain an understanding of the local area and delivers her services brilliantly time and time again. She has recently works on 2 commercial purchases for us (as well as other purchases/sales previously), each with their own nuances and sometimes "unusual" covenants/agreements with neighbouring property/land but Lisa is always quick to identify potential risks and find ways to mitigate against them. Lisa provides timely updates which are clear and concise whilst also making sure every last bit of detail is covered so we, as investors have a clear understanding of what we are purchasing. We've used other firms before but none compare to the level or service we get from Lisa.

    I just want to say what an excellent job Lisa Johnson did on my purchase. It was a very long drawn out process, none of which was Lisa’s fault but rather due to the vendor being a charity and taking forever to provide information. Lisa stayed on top of everything and managed to get it over the line before the stamp duty deadline. Lisa exceeded expectations in all departments and I would recommend her and Bradley Hayes Law to anyone. I will certainly be using their services again.
