Brilliant Service - Lisa Johnson - The Sale of Commercial Premises

I am writing to highly recommend Lisa Johnson in the Commercial Property Conveyance team. Throughout the sale of a complicated family owned multi let Commercial property, Lisa was pragmatic, she kept all the family notified of developments on a regular basis and she was extremely patient when dealing with the purchasers legal team, a SIPP administrator and HMRC. I would highly recommend Lisa as she is very experienced, knowledgeable and she is a joy to work with!

Efficient, fast, and kind

Bradley Haynes Law came to me on recommendation, and I can see why. They are very efficient and fast, they are understanding and clear with their clients, translating the legal jargon to those without a legal background, and spelled out the implications of every request and step of the process. Nafeesa Hussain a breath of fresh air!

I think it fair to say Nafeesa saved my property sale from going belly up. This was the most stressful experience in selling a property ever, and as a portfolio landlord I've sold a few. When I was pulling my hair out with things not progressing and not being able to speak to the person dealing with my sale I was put through to Nafeesa, initially annoyed I had to speak to somebody else Nafeesa just made things happen and got the sale over the line, I wish she had handled my sale from the start, a thoroughly professional person!
