Holly is a Director and Head of Commercial Services at Bradley Haynes Law. Holly joined the firm in October 2020, having previously practised at City firms in London and in Sydney, Australia and has extensive experience in acting for SMEs, national and international companies, property developers, sole traders and individuals. She has wide experience in Commercial matters, including terms of business, intellectual property matters, option and management agreements, joint ventures, franchising and commercial contracts. Holly also has a background in Commercial Dispute Resolution, having successfully represented clients involved in Companies Act disputes, shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, joint venture and contract disputes, insolvency litigation, property disputes, employment disputes and with redundancy advice. Holly’s background in corporate and commercial law, as well as having owned and run her own businesses, means that she brings commerciality to her practice. She has a reputation for giving frank and constructive guidance, taking time to fully understand a client’s business so as to give them commercially astute legal advice tailored to the realities of their business environment. In her spare time, Holly enjoys walking her dogs, playing golf or Real Tennis and kayaking. She also enjoys playing music, Morris dancing and attending festivals.
