Completing probate for my fathers estate
Henrietta was really good she was professional courteous and kind during a very sensitive time for me and my family she also recommended her colleague Katy Raven to take care of the conveyancing as part of the sale of the property and she did that without any hassle at all I couldn’t fail to recommend them thank you Henrietta and Burnett Barker

Would highly recommend!
We have just completed on what has been a long and complicated sale and purchase. Katy and Dawn have been fantastic throughout the whole process. We have managed to stay surprisingly stress free throughout the 7 or so months and Katy and Dawn have been a massive factor in this. We have received excellent communication throughout and Katy has explained each step in such a straightforward, yet informative way. Katy and Dawn have been very accessible throughout and I was able to speak to them on the phone when required, without any difficulty at all. They have been very quick to respond to any queries and have worked at a great pace when needed. Having obtained other quotes at the start of the process, they have been very competitively priced too. I wouldn't hesitate to use Katy again and would highly recommend her to anybody needing a conveyancing solicitor! Thanks so much!

Great experience
Burnett Barker and Katy specifically has been fantastic. After a couple of failed transactions due to a turbulent market, Katy managed to move my new sale and purchase from offer acceptance to completion in just 7 weeks! At each stage Katy was communicative and thorough in her approach. My emails were responded to quickly whenever I had a query and my estate agents for both transactions were always able to get in touch for updates. If I ever move again, I’ll definitely be getting in touch with Katy and would 100% recommend Burnett Barker.

Excellent efficient services

Purchase of property
I chose to return to Burnett Barker having used them for a purchase of a previois property. Katy was brilliant at keeping me updated on the progress of the purchase and answered any conerns or query's promptly. Despite not being the most straightforward, the overall experience was positive and I wouldn't hesitate to use the form again should it be needed in the future.
