Buying a property can be a daunting experience, especially when it's your first time. However, Angela provided a thorough, professional and personal service which made the process much easier. Family orientated solicitors
These solicitors acted for us for probate, generally ok,there were a few mistakes,there were corrected swiftly,to choose again ,I would take a full time solicitor and assistant,we knew this at the time of appointment,but with bank holidays this can delay procedures,also there were times the solicitor working from home ,could not help our queries, not being able to access our file,I did complain,and received an apology and accepted.
Also when getting a quote make sure you get updates built in ,as any correspondence is by the minute.we did not receive a print out of time spent to our bill, otherwise these solicitors,were kind , courteous, family orientated.
The probate office were amazing taking under 7 weeks to complete.

Preparation of Will and Lasting Power of Attorney
I set up an LPA and Will with a different Solicitor in 2017 but he retired without warning soon afterwards. I was worried. I consulted Burnett Barker for a review of the LPA and to redraft a new Will. I had a very helpful discussion with Mrs Brett. All the details were explained fully and clearly and were easy to understand. I am feeling so relieved and reassured. Thank you so much.
