My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service given by Matthew Sabine on our recent house sale and purchase. He responded quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The conveyancing fees came in below his original estimate despite the sale process being more complicated than originally anticipated. He was always quick on the uptake and was pragmatic and innovative in suggesting solutions when contractual problems arose. I recommend him unhesitatingly.

Brilliant

Highly professional
Matthew and his team acted for us in the sale of our family home. He was highly proactive and responsive and dealt with the transaction without a glitch. From the day we agreed the sale to completion was exactly six weeks, and that wouldn't have been possible without Matthew and his team.

Excellent service
Matthew and his team dealt with the sale and purchase of our property brilliantly. We have recommended them to all our friends who are thinking of moving house. They were on top of everything and kept us informed through out the process, unlike some of the other solicitors we have had to deal with. They took the stress out of the whole process. They were very kind whenever I didn’t understand anything or had questions.

Quality well worth the price
I have been a client of TS & P for several years and have worked with a number of partners and staff on business, property, and private client matters. My experience working with Matthew Sabine has been excellent. He has been proactive, fast, accurate, and highly professional. I find that TS & P's fees are higher than those of other law firms but are well worth paying to get a premium service.

Probate sale of mother's property
Thomson Snell and Passmore and partner Matthew Sabine in particular provided a very efficient and helpful professional service at what was a difficult time for me as the executor following the death of my mother. The property was leasehold with share of freehold and there were a number of hurdles to cross. Matthew was always prompt and efficient at solving all the issues along the way and moving the sale to its conclusion. Many thanks!

Conveyancing when purchasing a residential property at auction. Advice was clear with the prompt service that this type of purchase required.
