Excellent Advice!

Thank you, Amy – we met, thinking we knew what we needed in terms of our wills. Gosh how wrong were we. Amy explained everything in language we understood, helping us to maximise our estate to the benefit of us both and our family.
So much opportunity to make our hard work and the fruits of our labours over the years work efficiently, along with some really valuable tips and advice for now…. So, we have the present and future all in order.
I just wish we’d met Amy so much sooner.

Probate sale of mother's property

Thomson Snell and Passmore and partner Matthew Sabine in particular provided a very efficient and helpful professional service at what was a difficult time for me as the executor following the death of my mother. The property was leasehold with share of freehold and there were a number of hurdles to cross. Matthew was always prompt and efficient at solving all the issues along the way and moving the sale to its conclusion. Many thanks!

Rights of Way Dispute- Effective and Efficient

We experienced a Rights of Way dispute from a neighbour which we were unaware of when we purchased a property. We approached Guy to help us with the matter and he was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. We felt listened to in all aspects of the case. Guy was approachable, easy to understand and knowledgable resulting in the issue being dealt with very speedily and an outcome that we were pleased with. We have approached Guy on a second occasion for his expertise in another matter and again happy with the outcome as well as all his help and guidance.

Outstanding commitment and service

I was recommended Alastair Harvey for my first home purchase in 2006 and Alastair and his fabulous PAs pushed it through in six weeks. Naturally Alastair was my first choice when trying to move to Cornwall. Although my sales and purchases did not proceed to completion on this occasion, Alastair's sound advice and attention to detail saved me from buying two houses with significant flaws that would have cost me dear had I proceeded. He also completed the conveyancing for a part-share scheme repayment in record time.

Alastair responds quickly and efficiently and I received responses out of hours on several occasions. He is very eloquent in his communications and is a delight to talk to.

I was encouraged by several estate agents to use their recommended conveyancers and each time I stated that I already had the best conveyancer in the business. As soon as I mentioned Alastairs name, they immediately agreed with me. The vendor's estate agents in Cornwall were also suitably impressed by his professionalism.

Conveyancing Made Easy

I cannot recommend Alastair Harvey highly enough.
He worked tirelessly from start to finish. Always quick to reply to any question, no mater how small.
All the communication was clear and to the point, without fuss.
You made find cheaper, but I very much doubt you will find better or more efficient, you are not just a number you are a client.

Outstandingly good service from a first class solicitor.
Our first meeting with Amy was with five of us, including a retired solicitor, and we were all really impressed
Amy was extremely helpful and attentive in guiding us through dealing with a complicated parental estate.
One thing I truly value when seeking professional advice is when the advisor has the lack of ego required to say "I don't know but leave it with me and I'll find out".
Amy always gives well thought out and sound advice and we felt confident in her care.
She has the ability to 'translate' legal advice into layman's language without leaving the recipient feeling like a fool!
Amy always came back with answers and advice within the timeframe that she had promised.

Absolutely terrible. Dealing with Harry Golding who has been reported to the SRA for dishonesty. Terrible communication. Nothing child centred about this so called family associate solicitor . Better off using a Mackenzie friend . Harry Golding encouraged his client the theft of my private computer in order to access my private information. These are crooks nor professionals

I have used TSP for conveyancing (selling and buying) twice. My last purchase was to the North of England. Alastair is exceptional in his attention to detail. Speed of response to queries and questions was impressive. If it wasn’t for him, important deadlines may not have been met. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
