As always Alastair was professional and efficient. It was a complicated sale but without Alastair I am sure it would have taken much longer to "get it over the line"!

Excellent supportive legal help

We needed professional legal help and support with a complicated inheritance matter following a family breakdown. We initially worked with Lawrence and then with Nick Buckle after Lawrence's departure. We were extremely satisfied with both solicitors and how our case was handled throughout. Their guidance took a great deal of stress off our shoulders. We were advised on the best legal options for our situation and felt fully supported every step of the way. Thank you so much.

A client

Kirstie Law provided an exceptional service throughout an extended divorce process. She was reassuring, knowledgeable and always very responsive when needed, via both phone and email. I also used the conveyancing department and had an equally positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirstie or the firm.

I first discovered Thomson Snell & Passmore through the company who I work for who use them. I was involved in a property dispute and my contact, Guy Evans, I felt all the way through handled the situation with care, a balanced perspective, with excellent knowledge and a supportive approach. It made an unpleasant experience a lot easier to deal with. I will be hanging on to the details for any future requirements!

About this branch

Description

Thomson Snell & Passmore is a highly respected legal practice and one of the largest law firms in the South East outside London, employing over 260 staff. The firm is highly rated in all practice areas in The Legal 500 directory and 25 lawyers are quoted as leaders in their field in Chambers UK. We have achieved this by continuously aligning ourselves with our clients’ ever changing needs as well as ensuring that we provide intelligent and practical legal advice to both businesses and individual clients. Our clients range from high net worth private individuals, family trusts and owner managed businesses to AIM listed companies, U.K. subsidiaries of multi-nationals, major U.K. Plcs, local authorities, charities and public/private sector partnerships. Our Commercial Group consists of approximately 70 lawyers some of whom have qualified, trained and worked in magic circle and other large City practices before moving out to Kent. They are experienced in providing a degree of expertise and practical commercial advice at service levels and fees that our more astute commercial clients expect. We are constantly striving to improve and differentiate ourselves from other firms in the region. We recognise the key factors for clients when choosing which law firm to use: the client experience and the level of service provided; the technical competencies of the team dealing with the instruction and value for money. With offices in Tunbridge Wells and the Thames Gateway, the firm has earned a reputation over generations for providing pragmatic legal advice and delivering exceptional client service. Established in 1570, the firm’s unique heritage underpins its quality, service and commitment to providing peace of mind to generations of families and businesses.
