I was previously with another firm who I was very unsatisfied with, Bhatia Best took my family case on and were nothing short of Brilliant! The whole team has a very personable approach, I’d love to give special mention to Alexandra Beavis, the lead of my case. Alexandra was personable, very approachable, understanding, quick to respond, kept me up to date on every aspect of my case and the legal Jargon, nothing was too much trouble, Alexandra went above and beyond in her service, she always presented me with the best advice on moving forward and at each stage of my case which resulted in a positive outcome, I pretty much got everything I required. I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend Bhatia best, particularly Alexandra Beavis for any family matters, I received an all round highly commendable service, it was nothing short of first Class! Alex was great! After a poor experience with a previous set of solicitors moving to Bhatia Best was a breath of fresh air. Alex was quick to get an understanding of my case and put an action plan in place. Alex was always very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls and always gave reassuring, sound advice. I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend Alex or Bhatia Best to anybody who is in a difficult parental situation.

My son who has several medical conditions and is Autistic had gone through a really tough break up where he had been the victim of domestic violence. His ex partner put him through a lot of pain and anguish. Alex took over the reins and got everything all organised for a non molestation order as she was constantly trying to contact him and all the family. Alex was amazing, she managed to calm all the scary stuff about court for Johnathan so that it wasn't such a scary place. I would definitely recommend the company and especially Alex...I'm in a wheelchair and there is an entrance at the back for access into the building.
