Handling Complex Property Transactions with Speed and Precision

We had just six weeks to complete the purchase of our house right before Christmas, and Cheryl worked tirelessly to ensure everything went smoothly, helping us avoid any potential issues with the seller. The process was complex, involving an international mortgage application, substantial documentation review on the property and a very tight timeline, but Cheryl guided us through every step with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She kept us fully informed, provided clear and accurate advice, and consistently reassured us along the way. Thanks to her expertise and empathy, we were able to successfully complete this challenging purchase. We truly could not have done it without her. Thank you so much, Cheryl!

    Excellent Service, highly recommend!

Big thank you to Cheryl & Caroline at LDJ solicitors. We used you back in 2019 for our first house purchase and again in September 2024, wouldn’t go anywhere else. These ladies are incredible, they work so hard and we cannot thank them both enough for all of their hard work!! You’ve made mine and my families dreams come true and we are in our new home for Christmas. Thorough communication, easy to speak too and so helpful! You both are a credit to LDJ firm.
