I was recommended to use Lester Campbell by a friend for the sale of my house and purchase of another property, and I am so pleased that I went with them! I received a very efficient service from Nicki and the team through what became quite a long process due to delays within the rest of the chain (nothing to do with Lester Campbell). I always found Nicki friendly and approachable. Communication was easy and I always received a quick response to emails. Although we exchanged 3 months later than expected (and it was touch and go whether it would actually happen), Nicki was there to get it over the line when it counted, which happened to be in the very busiest conveyancing days of the year just before Xmas! I wouldn't hesitate to use Lester Campbell again or to recommend them to my own friends as they made the whole process feel so easy. A big thank you to Nicki, Jade and Christopher.

House sale

Got a difficult deal done!
Through her herculean efforts, Nicola Jennings at Lester Campbell got the deal done! I was selling my flat in London. The buyer and I agreed exchange dates months ago. But the buyer's new solicitor started raising multiple rounds of enquiries just days before exchange! On top of this, the freeholder was very slow to respond. A whole cascade of plans for both the buyer and I was about to fall apart. With her perseverance, Nicola got the sale over the finish line, despite the forces going against her. She saved it!

Highly Recommend
I have just used Lester Campbell who dealt with a tenanted property i was selling. The solicitor I was appointed was Nicola Jennings. The whole sale took only 5 weeks and Nicola always kept me up to date via email and also an online tool they use which makes the whole process so easy from submitting identification to filling out all the forms. I have used many other solicitors who seem to be stuck in the past, so it was a pleasant experience for this to be so easy. I would highly recommend Nicola and will definitely use her again. The solicitors fees also ended up being cheaper than what i had paid before so a bonus too.
