Very disappointing experience for myself & partner. We are currently trying to complete the sale of our property and the delays involving Lester Campbell have been incredibly frustrating. We have repeatedly been waiting for progress and still do not have a confirmed completion date, despite being ready on our side. The ongoing delays have caused unnecessary stress and have also meant mortgage redemption statements expiring and having to be requested again. Communication and urgency have been far below what we would expect from a conveyancing firm, especially at such an important stage of a property transaction. Hopefully matters are resolved quickly and we can finally complete. I will update this review if the service improves and the transaction is brought to a prompt conclusion. in reply to your comment - Thank you for your response. I am fully aware that I am not personally your client, and my review did not claim that I was. My partner, Ben Lawton, is the seller of the property and Lester Campbell are acting for the other side in that transaction. As his partner, I am directly witnessing the ongoing delays, lack of progress and the considerable stress and additional expense this is causing us. Ben has also left his own review detailing his experience, including the fact that his mortgage redemption statements have repeatedly expired while waiting for this matter to progress, resulting in further time, administration and cost. Rather than asking me to remove an honest review because I am not your client, I would much prefer the focus to be on progressing the transaction and addressing the issues that have led to both of us feeling the need to leave reviews in the first place. My review reflects my genuine experience of the impact this situation is having on us. I will be more than happy to update it if and when the matter is brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

Never again! Called the firm the lady answering is like was making a favour as she said 5 times she was busy 1st meeting she asked £500 to start a procedure to buy a property 4 weeks later no response as I asked if all ok? Notting to buy seller Sollicitor also We decided to terminate all. After many calls And email we had 1response saying I am in holiday till 5 October call the office after many no response calls,another email today say I am busy we can’t refund you as we spent your money 🤬 No breakdown ? No date? No invoice? No email? Alls is a joke I am reporting all to the ombudsman As they hold my money doing nothing
