There were a number of issues along the way, some in connection with the work carried out by solicitor we used when we bought the property many years ago and some resulting from the buyer’s solicitor’s views on certain elements of the transaction but Nicki was thorough, pragmatic and professional and she overcame all hurdles, and often working under great pressure to deliver the perfect outcome.
