Friendly Service
Working with Lester Campbell, was a smooth and straightforward process.
All questions were answered when asked. Receipt and signing off paperwork was easy. Jessica was lovely to work with and was a great support with Michelle in my home purchase. If Michelle was not available to answer my questions Jessica would be ready to respond and vice versa. Jessica was very friendly and kind. It was very refreshing to be able to reach both via phone and email when needed and not speak with different people all the time. I would work with Lester Campbell again based on my experience. Selling a property -very fast and effective
Buying and selling a house is a very stressfully time having the perfect team will make ur journey very easy.
Jessica was very professional and communicated very well if I didn’t understand anything , I was able to email /ring her and she would reply within minutes . It was a great pleasure to have Jessica as my solictor can’t thank her enough

Tireless, efficient and thorough - a consummate professional!
There must be nothing more frustrating than having a client whose matter drags on and on, like mine did. Jessica was fast, efficient and communicated on a timely basis, all the time. A thorough job, done well
This year my father died and I was dealing with the Inheritance tax and probate. The house was put on the market in August and I engaged Lester Campbell to do the conveyancing. The job was allocated to Jessica who was straight onto the paperwork as she has been throughout the whole process. I have never had to wait days for a response to any questions or information I have sent. In fact, Jessica has always acknowledged the email with a swift response. As with all transactions, they become more complex towards exchange and completion, Jessica ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible. I am delighted with the work they have done, the processes they use, the ease of communication, and the active response to our needs. I have no problem in encouraging anybody to use both Jessica and Lester Campbell to do their conveyancing for them. If that is the same attitude to all they do in the company and in their soliciting work.

Excellent Service
Jessica was really friendly and helpful. What should have been a straightforward property sale turned a little awkward due to the buyers solicitors. Jessica stood her ground, fought my corner & eventual won. She was always available to chat through any queries and kept me updated via email when necessary.
On the day of completion Jessica was also winning an award - well deserved. Would definitely recommend Jessica for any property transactions.
