Our purchase was extremely complex due to a number of reasons including land boundaries and prior planning approvals but Jade explained in straightforward terminology how each aspect would affect us. We were between the COVID lockdowns and yet she facilitated all of the documentation, searches and communications between the parties.

I purchased a house in October 2020; as a first time buyer (under lockdown!) it was an overwhelming concept. From the very start, Jade & Sidhra were so supportive and kept me updated at all points of the process. I felt like they were genuinely advocating for me — it was a truly personalised experience and they helped make it as seamless as possible!

I felt a bit unsure about asking Lester Campbell to act for me on buying a new property when I realised that the entire transaction would be done electronically
I didn’t feel confident that I would be able to manage it . However I received a lot of help from them and I could go to their office anytime and speak to someone face to face and they were never to busy to speak to me . All the office staff were helpful professional and efficient. Mostly I dealt with Jade and Lucy and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

As fed back already, the only bit of the process which we found confusing was all the document signing via DocuSign. If you could perhaps create a set of guidelines outlining what will come through when, who needs to sign and what happens next I think that would be very helpful. We were left puzzled sometimes and a lot of time was spent back and forth clarifying which I'm sure was just as frustrating for you as it was for us. Otherwise a brilliant service and I could not fault it. Thank you Jade and Tasha.
