Resolution of dispute on property title
I would like to pass my thanks and gratitude onto Amy Wilford of Thomson Snell and Passmore. I became the Executor of my sister’s estate when she unexpectedly passed away two years ago. The administration was quite complicated on many fronts. However the dispute regarding the title of my sister’s property was handled in an extremely professional and competent manner by Amy. She responded quickly to any query raised and I found her very approachable. Her reassurance and experience was so appreciated at a difficult time. No detail was missed and I was very impressed with the seamless conclusion to the title dispute and subsequent sale of the property. I will always be grateful to Amy for her work and help in resolving this matter, which at times seemed so problematical. I would highly recommend Amy to anybody with a similar problem regarding a dispute over a will or estate administration.
