On qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015, Victoria worked in Frome building her experience in residential conveyancing before joining FDC Law in 2018 as an Associate Solicitor. Victoria has experience in sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties (including sales and purchases of part, auctions, new build properties and probate sales), along with lease extensions. Much of Victoria’s work also includes transfers of equity, equity releases and re-mortgages. Clients appreciate Victoria’s friendly and approachable demeanour and she always works hard to try to achieve her clients goals. Victoria is based in our Keynsham office but also deals with many properties in Midsomer Norton and further afield.

Excellent service by Victoria and Tracy. They helped me avoid purchasing a problematic property and got my second purchase through in a very short time before my mortgage offer ran out.
