I was recommended Football Law Associates by a friend after being involved in an unfortunate incident that, without context, looked very damaging — I was in a lot of trouble. FBOs are baffling at first and need a lot of explaining; one wrong step and you can go down a very bad path, which I nearly did before getting the expert help that FLA provide. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob, who is a very smart guy and a true gentleman. He's also clearly a kind person who genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for you. He has encyclopedic knowledge of football law and can hold his own in a general chat about football too. Obviously, the best approach is to avoid trouble altogether and never need legal help in the first place. But if you ever do, do not risk going anywhere else but FLA — they really could not be any better. ---

Had an issue at a football match and got the court papers 20 months later, went straight to football law associates and they were excellent (Mel) took me through the whole process of what was going to happen and gave me all the options. (Rob) and I then discussed the best way forward for this matter, both extremely professional. On the day Alice my solicitor was excellent. After finding myself in a difficult situation when attending a footy match where I had been refused entry and had details taken by police, I was advised to get in touch with Football Law Associates after speaking to Citizens Advice. They represented me at both my initial court appearance (Mel), as well as at my hearing for the contested football banning order (Rob). As well as always being on hand to answer any questions I had, they were meticulous in their preparation for each court appearance and I felt confident throughout. Thanks to their hard work, I was able to get the best outcome of no football banning order.
