The mediator actually commented on how well-structured our approach was, asked who my lawyer was, looked Richard up, and confirmed his advice had been spot on. That's not something you expect to hear in a mediation room. Beyond the technical skill, it was their calmness and practicality that made the real difference. This was a cohesive team who genuinely seemed to care — not a rotating cast of associates. Communication was excellent, I was always kept informed, and everything on their side ran like clockwork. Frankly, I wish the other party had been as well represented. It might have made the whole process smoother.
