Matters pertaining to the estate of my late mother were dealt with efficiently, compassionately, sympathetically and with honesty. Without the expertise and knowledge I received, I believe I would still be in muddle now trying to deal with the estate. At what was a truly difficult and sad time all communication to me was done sensitively but with proficiency. I am grateful for the service they provided to ensure all my mother's late affairs were dealt with correctly.

Amy and Claire help me with my duties as Executor of my wife's Will. I initially thought I might be able to complete the probate forms myself but after an initial attempt decided I didn't properly understand the terminology used. Completing the solicitor's forms for the probate application and the subsequent meeting and follow up detailed letters help enormously with my duties as executor. We subsequently received further advice concerning the Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trust set up by my wife's Will and a satisfactory resolution. We were able to have a satisfactory meeting with two other executor's of the Will joining remotely. I think the charges are reasonable for such good professional advice.

I had to manage the paperwork after my Husband's death, which was more complicated than described in the Help after Bereavement booklets sent by various bodies. It was a relief to hand the more technical bits to Baker Law, eg application for probate.
