It did appear at the time a long and drawn out process as I had to find my old will with another solicitor, then my first solicitor left from BakerLaw and Amy Nelson took over so she had to read up on my case. We did get there in the end and everything I had asked was delivered.

We have use Baker Law numerous times within our businesses and privately for both conveyancing and litigation and every time the experience has been the same - excellent! Practical, approachable, knowledgeable and a great service. Highly recommend.
I instructed BakerLaw for family proceedings. While the case concluded, my experience deteriorated significantly in early 2026. I repeatedly had to chase for updates, including on court‑awarded funds and pension matters. Although the firm operated a 10‑day (later 7‑day) response timeframe, this was difficult in practice, especially around court deadlines, leading to last‑minute updates, stress, and time off work. I was not provided with clear timelines or meaningful responses to key questions, and I struggled to obtain a full and transparent breakdown of costs, despite significant funds being held by the firm. Overall, the lack of communication and transparency caused unnecessary stress at an already difficult time. I would encourage future clients to ensure clear communication and full visibility of costs throughout.

This was the first time I’d ever had to use any law firm and was quite overwhelmed with the whole process at the start. Fortunately I had ‘Paul wild’ as my solicitor who was fantastic and helped me immensely over the whole court process. I found Paul and his film massively helpful and informative with every aspect of the court case. I couldn’t of done it without him, I would highly recommend him and his firm. I know you can never predict the outcome of any case, however with PauI’s knowledge and guidance through the whole case we managed to secure the outcome which I wanted and needed!! Massive thanks!!

I worked closely with Andrew Peters from Baker Law a 2 years period while he supported me during an ongoing dispute with a former employer. Andrew was absolutely wonderful with his approach and mannerisms in the way he dealt with me. A very intelligent, professional and knowledgeable individual who takes pride in his work and execution of it. He was always responsive, attentive and showed a willingness to help. The end result to dispute was a positive one and worked in my favour mainly thanks to Andrew’s ability to achieve the right result.
