Completed on time
Sale and purchase of a property was achieved without any specific problems. Interaction with the solicitor was very good however, early communication with support staff while adequate was very limited. More communication would have been reassuring that all was proceeding as planned. There were a couple of small admin issues, wrong names etc. but these were quickly resolved.
The solicitor when asked for addition information was very good and provide what we required. Advice on a shared access was particularly good, and the interaction with the other solicitors involved in the sale and purchases worked well.
