I asked Jeremy Garson to provide his services for the conveyancing element of my daughter, Claire's, recent house purchase. I asked Jeremy to hold back until such time as the mortgage arrangements were in place and this left very little time to deal with the legal formalities for what turned out to be a speedy exchange and completion but with his expertise ensured that all the formalities were dealt with in good time and he kept us well informed all the way. On behalf of Claire, I would like to thank him and his staff for making what is often a traumatic experience, especially for a first time buyer, a relatively painless experience. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my highest recommendation to Jeremy Garson, of Garson and Co. He was instructed to act on my behalf on the assignment of a new lease for my new shop, which was part of a relocation process. I was very eager to move in, as I was faced with a deadline to move out from my existing premises, but was faced with a lackadaisical landlord who seemed most unfazed by time, and solicitors who never seemed to reply to correspondence. I was very concerned that I would not be able to move in on time, and therefore would lose business. Thankfully, Jeremy Garson never ceased calling and faxing them on a near daily basis, until at last, they managed to sign the lease. Without Jeremy, we would certainly never have moved in on time, and would have definitely lost business. Jeremy has undertaken other work for me since I have moved in, and I would instruct him again, in the future, should there be reason. Finally, I would like to also give a thank you to his staff, who were most efficient in all matters.

I cannot find the words to thank you for the kindness you showed towards me in particular and my family in general. When I called you with regards to my five year old daughter being stuck in Pakistan for the last eight months, I was living virtually in two different time zones! I was waking up at 03:30 every morning to send Ayra to school and then calling her back after school so that she could have her lunch. The dinner times and the bed time stories were all done over the phone. This of course had a toll on me and my wife who was expecting our new born; as every day was filled with so much uncertainty for the situation in Pakistan deteriorated with every passing moment. Although you do not deal with the area of law I needed help with; you were kind enough to arrange a person who did. What surprised me the most was the fact that not only did you take time out for my call but also traced the person through another friend and then directed me to the relevant person. Frankly I did not expect this, but you kept your promise of always calling back and taking the call of anyone who needed help. Your going out of the way for my daughter has elevated you in my eyes even further. Mr Garson, it is because of you that my child got back with her parents after a long gap of eight months. Thanks to you, my family is whole again and we shall never forget that fact. Lastly, I would just like to say that from now onwards I'm your walking, talking ambassador. Vouching to the fact that 'I know a solicitor who will always take your call and if for some reason he cannot then he will surely call you back.'

I contacted Rise Legal as I was being blackmailed by a disreputable business who wanted to overcharge me 300% before they would release my property. The police informed me it was a civil matter as I had no written proof of the original quote. Jeremy Garson at Rise Legal was excellent, incredibly patient, giving great advice and his time to explain things very clearly and outline all my options. He even drafted an email for me to send to the business, which I received within hours, meaning I was able to act very swiftly. That evening I was able to think clearly and remain calm and so the next day when I visited the disreputable business in question, to demand my property back, the end result meant that I was overcharged only 50%, which although still disgusting behaviour from the business, I was at least able to get my property back immediately, which was the most important thing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy Garson and Rise Legal and will make him my first port of call for all legal matters. Thank you very much. Nikki

I contacted Rise Legal regarding a potential leaseholder dispute and spoke with Jeremy Garson.  In a short conversation, Jeremy clarified three issues that significantly simplified what, until that time, had seemed like an extremely complicated case.  Though we spoke for little more than five minutes, Jeremy's input was immensely helpful in seeing a way forward.  (And, as a bonus, the biographies of Jeremy and his wife, Sharon, on the Rise Legal website definitely made me chuckle.)
