I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sharon Garson and the team at Rise Legal for their exceptional service and support throughout the process of buying my property. Sharon was not only highly professional, but also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. From the beginning, she guided me step by step, clearly explaining everything, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Even though my English isn’t perfect and we didn’t have very frequent communication, she always responded quickly, never made me feel rushed, and took the time to make sure I fully understood everything. Exceptionally Friendly and Professional
Thank you so much for helping us get on the property ladder. Completion was organised very quickly. Phone calls were always answered, or returned within a few hours, to ameliorate concerns or to offer excellent advice. Price was extremely fair considering the level of service and expertise. I was recommended to Rise Legal by my partner and so I contacted Sharon Garson to act for me to remortgage my property and to remove my ex-partner from the title deeds. It was an extremely stressful time for me because there was a declaration of trust and my ex had been very difficult throughout the process. I was unsure how much she would agree on as a final settlement or if I would need to sell the property to pay her off. Sharon was excellent and her no-nonsense approach to the solicitor acting for my ex-partner was fantastic. Sharon got the job done quickly and the final settlement was minimal enabling me to keep my property. If it wasn't for Sharon I'm sure the end result would have been very different. I would highly recommend Rise Legal to friends and family and I would definitely use them again. Thank you Sharon for all of your help in this matter. Steve

Sharon at Rise dealt quickly and efficiently with a recent property sale and I would recommend Rise for conveyancing. At the same time as my sale, a family member was dealing with another firm of solicitors for a different property transaction, the service I received from Sharon was very substantially better.

I've only got to know Jeremy and Sharon over the last 2 years and what a lovely people they really are - but the true testament is to there professionalism and character. I have recent had a situation in business that concerned me somewhat and I turned to Jeremy for help. He has single handedly helped me to overcome a problem that I thought would cost me a lot of money and my reputation within my trade. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't no what to do or who to turn to. I can not recommend him enough! If ever a problem arises again there is only one person I will turn to that's 'Rise Legal' and Jeremy he is amazing. Thank you so much.
