I’ve been thinking a lot recently about the people who saw the best in me when things weren’t easy and you came to mind immediately. You probably didn’t realise it at the time, but your kindness really stayed with me. This week I’ve been feeling extra reflective and I kept thinking about that quote by Maya Angelou — you know the one that goes people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. That’s always stuck with me, because you made me feel seen, understood and never judged. Just thank you, really, for being one of those people who believed in me when I was still figuring it all out.

First class and so helpful
Raymond is so diligent, down-to-earth and helpful. He helped me when a debtor made malicious false allegations against me because they did not want to settle their debts, they filed a false Police report and made malicious allegations to my employer.

Raymond Shaw - a man to trust
Very simple - malicious accusation resulting in arrest and bail terms, which gave me a lot of unneeded stress, however Raymond was very supportive, logical, and set out a clear plan of 'attack' so that the charges were fully dropped. Hopefully I will never be in this position again, but if I am, I will be returning to Raymond for guidance etc. The fees are high, but not as high as retaining the wrong solicitor and ending up with charges against you!
