I had an excellent experience throughout what became a fairly complicated and ultimately unsuccessful property purchase. My solicitor was thorough, responsive and persistent in working through a number of legal and documentation issues with the property. She kept me well informed throughout and continued to pursue the seller’s solicitor for the information needed to allow both me and my mortgage lender to make an informed decision. I particularly appreciated that I never felt pressured to proceed simply because the transaction was well advanced. Her attention to detail ultimately helped identify issues that were important enough for me to decide not to proceed with the purchase. Although it was disappointing for the transaction not to complete after the time and cost invested, I was very grateful to have had such diligent and professional advice throughout. I would have no hesitation in using the firm again for my next purchase and would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end an outstanding service which offers good value for money. Selling a house is considered to be a stressful experience. A lot of paperwork and some legal terms that the average person would struggle to understand. Any queries I had were explained patiently and in a way that I could understand easily. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly in a friendly a professional manner. Never once did I have to chase HSR Law for a progress report on the sale. I would paticularly like to thank Charlie Mai Covel who dealt with the vast majority of my queries and emails. You made my life a lot easier!
