Flat purchase
We had a great experience working with our solicitor Daniel Ellis and paralegal Tuliswa Tembo. We used Ashley Wilson for conveyancing as first time buyers.
They provided a very thorough report on their searches and kept us updated. They communicated efficiently with the seller's solicitors. We are pleased to have met our exchange and completion deadline.

Great Experience With Sale & Purchase
We recently worked with Daniel at Ashley Wilson Solicitors on both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. Fantastic, efficient lawyer
Mark Vinall and Daniel Ellis help us buy us first home. They were incredibly approachable and explained all the legal ‘jargon’ clearly so as first time buyers we understood the process. When the purchase became more complicated than expected they worked incredibly hard to fight our corner which meant the purchase still went through despite significant complications. We are incredibly grateful for their efficient, personal and tenacious service and couldn’t recommended them more highly.
