E J Winter & Son LLP is the most responsive and compliant company I ever experienced in dealing with legal matters. Our experience with them is exceptional. The service is excellent leading by a very professional and knowledgeable solicitor Christopher Mardell. We have been pull out of Knights Solicitor during our purchase and paid them an abortive fees. The home developer is great in referring us to E J Winter. Christopher is very accommodating, he works very hard to achieve good result. I cannot believe that he also works on the weekend as we are trying to complete the application in a very short period of time. He sends emails and responds to emails even during weekends. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent work he and his team provided to our family. Christopher helped us to resolve the issue in completing our mortgage with the lender, his approach is powerful that other solicitors of different company did not manage to complete. Christopher started the process and only work it out within couple of days and we received the good news that our mortgage application has been approved by another lender, and he continued to work towards the exchange, completion and the moving. The whole process of purchase of the new built only takes 3 weeks under the good hands of Christopher and his legal team. This is after passing us to E J Winter as the Knights solicitor did not make it happen to the end of completion. We highly recommend E J Winter Solicitor.
