Andrew jones

we have used Andrew jones for all applications and renewals . Andrew always has been highly professional to a very high standard and this is made the whole process extremely easier and knowing your in safe hands but apart from Andrew experiences and professionalism . He also is kind and understanding. with the renewal of visa application there had been a personal change in family circumstances. Andrew was supportive understanding and went over and beyond in the circumstances to support us through another route of visa . Andrew was always contactable and always took extra time which was hugely appreciated and did not go unnoticed. We have been clients of Mr Andrew Jones for 7 years and would highly recommend him and the excellent firm Wesley Gryk Solicitors.

Right of Abode and British Passport - Exception Service, Highly Recommend

We would like to give a massive thank you to the team at Gryk Solicitors, especially Andrew and Morag, who supported us tremendously with our daughter’s Right of Abode visa application and UK passport application, ultimately enabling us to bring her home. Our experience with the Home Office had been far from pleasant due to the complex nature of an international surrogacy birth. We had initially applied for our daughter’s passport from Kenya, but after six months of back-and-forth correspondence with the Home Office, multiple document submissions, and even involvement from our local MP, the application was unsuccessful and we were given very little explanation. When we engaged Andrew and his team, they were diligent, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the complexities involved in surrogacy-related applications and presented us with several options to consider moving forward. We ultimately decided to pursue a Right of Abode application first, and from the moment they took over, everything ran seamlessly. From start to finish, the process took only three weeks. Given our previous experience with the Home Office, we naturally had doubts and felt very anxious, but Andrew and Morag reassured us throughout and gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly. Upon arrival in the UK, they proceeded with the passport application which also took a little over 2 weeks from submission to receipt of our daughters’ passport. We were truly amazed by the speed of service, the quick turnaround in communication, the regular updates at every key stage, and most importantly, the genuine care and support we received throughout the entire process. Thank you, Andrew and Morag, we are incredibly grateful.

Immigration

British Citizenship for son

I worked with Andrew Jones and Morag Campbell on applying for British Citizenship for my son. This wasn't straightforward as he was born via surrogacy in America. Andrew did an incredible job explaining his strategy, and helping me navigate the required documentation. Morag was also fantastic and was instrumental in keeping on top of the logistics and ensuring I had an accurate picture of the progress during the entire journey. The petition was successful and happened far faster than I expected. I highly recommend Wesley Gryk Solicitors, especially Andrew and Morag. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Private Life Application

Andrew and Morag were the team who truly helped me through my case. I am a BOC passport holder and consulted several others before them (some quite well known), but they seemed to lack the expertise compared to Andrew. I had provided the same detailed documents and explanation to everyone, yet none could give me confidence—one even said I only had an 80% chance. Andrew, on the other hand, gave me 110%. That level of assurance can only come from someone with deep knowledge, experience, and true expertise in their field. Andrew and Morag were fully committed to achieving a positive outcome for me. Given the current backlog, the process was expected to take at least six months to a year. There was a hiccup midway through, which was due to my own oversight and was understandably stressful, but Andrew handled it smoothly and took that stress away. This is exactly the kind of situation where you worry about the outcome, and having someone so capable made all the difference. Morag worked closely alongside Andrew, communicating whenever necessary and providing timely updates throughout the process. Both Andrew and Morag always responded promptly to my enquiries. Their communication was clear, professional, and consistently helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their diligent work. I would highly recommend Andrew and Morag to anyone needing help with immigration matters. Look no further—going elsewhere would only lengthening your search time, as it did for me, leading to disappointment and reduced confidence in your case. Spare yourself the stress and frustration. Go with Andrew and Morag!

Exceptional Support for my ILR Application

I truly cannot thank Andrew enough for the support, clarity, and care he provided throughout what was one of the most stressful chapters of my life. Over the course of many months and especially as my case became increasingly complex - Andrew was a steady, reassuring presence. He not only guided me with sound legal expertise, but also showed immense kindness and patience in how he communicated, always taking the time to explain the nuances, timelines, and possible outcomes in a way that made me feel safe and informed. His emails were thoughtful and clear, which mattered so much during a time filled with uncertainty. Thanks to his support, his suggested Barrister to work with, Raza (and the team at Wesley Gryk including Morag Cambell), I finally received my ILR - a milestone that means everything to me. I’ll always be grateful for the way Andrew handled my case: with integrity, professionalism, and genuine compassion. If you’re navigating something as important and personal as an immigration matter, I couldn’t recommend Andrew more highly. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart. I am forever grateful to Andrew.
