I would reccomend Oliver&Co to anyone in the Chester area in need of conveyancing. Competent and efficient throughout on all matters, wish everyone in the chain had used them!
Due to lots of the process being app based and work was conducted smoothly, I sometimes wanted more human interaction though. I want to specifically call out Danielle who was amazing in the final few weeks and definitely made us feel like we were fully supported, thank you!

Great service from Dawn and the team, not the easiest sale of our flat due to multiple freeholder headaches but they kept us up to date with good communication, and actioned everything needed quickly to get completion at the earliest date

We used Oliver and Co for our house move 6 months ago and also using for our Wills. They gave competitive pricing at the start and have been very efficient at sorting the process for us. Queries were generally responded to quickly, especially compared to other solicitor stories we have heard from friends! I would recommend using them and would use in the future.
