    Exceptional service, as always!

    As with 2 previous conveyancing journeys, Bill went above and beyond to get my property purchase completed, with minimum fuss and maximum attention to the many important details, large and small. Bill consistently demonstrates such professionalism and I know he's always working in my best interests, which means such a lot. His assistant Natasja shows the same level of dedication and between them, kept the purchase moving along despite a few unforeseen spanners in the works!     First time buyers - no stress!

    We worked with Bill when buying our first property and he made the whole process feel easy. You often hear horror stories about solicitors, but we had no issues at all and felt comfortable putting our full trust in him! His communication was clear and consistent, he always had our best interests in mind, and whenever something needed chasing he was straight on it and kept us updated. He was also happy to answer any questions we had. We’d definitely recommend Bill and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

    I have had the pleasure of working with Bill for the past year throughout my first home purchase. Bill was absolutely fantastic the whole time, always providing regular updates without even asking, he was kind, thorough and always took the time to be clear and concise with all the information that comes along with buying a property, especially for a first time buyer like me it can be quite a lot to take in!     We engaged Downs solicitors to sell and purchase our current/new properties. What can I say other than wow/amazing! Yes we had a short chain luckily, we had first time buyers and we bought a vacant property with no forward chain but the whole thing was done in around 10 weeks from the moment of sale agreed to exchange! Bill Rashbrook Was amazing! Very efficient and always on the ball, keeping us informed all the way whilst preparing for the next step in advance. Claire Lacy, his legal assistant, was on to us immediately with all the required forms and payments to sign making the whole thing as easy and simple as it can be!     Downs (Bill Rashbroom and Clare Lacy in particular) have worked tirelessly on what turned out to be a particularly challenging property acquisition. The transaction involved the purchase of a short leasehold, with advisors for the vendors having very little idea what they were doing and direct interaction with the freeholders to extend the lease. At all time Bill and the team were focussed and dilligent in all they did to bring the transaction to a satisfactory conculsion. The professionalism exhibited was exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bill, Clare and Downs as solicitors.
