I cannot recommend Nicola Conley at Downs Solicitors highly enough. Throughout one of the most difficult times in my life, Nicola was absolutely fantastic. She not only fought tirelessly for me and my two daughters, but she genuinely cared about us and our situation. What made Nicola exceptional was her patience, compassion and determination. She took the time to listen, understand our circumstances and provide honest, clear advice. She was firm when she needed to be, which was exactly what I needed, but she also offered reassurance and support during some incredibly tough moments. I never felt like I was just another case. Nicola genuinely cared about the outcome for me and my daughters, and that meant more than words can express. She fought for us right until the very last minute and never lost sight of what mattered most. Having a solicitor who is not only excellent at what she does but also genuinely compassionate makes all the difference, especially when your children and your future are involved. I will always be grateful to Nicola for her dedication, strength, patience and unwavering support. I engaged Downs Solicitors to provide a conveyancing service for my mothers house. Bronwyn Olivier and Liz Rose provided a very good service and the transaction was completed very smoothly. I had a few problems getting all the documents sent by e mail however I was able to deliver them directly to the office where the reception team were very friendly and even made me a cup of tea whilst they processed the documents.
