Her practice covers all aspects of real estate law, with particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, corporate lettings, and real estate finance. Lucy also advises on the property elements of corporate transactions and property finance projects. Before joining the firm, Lucy built an impressive international foundation, working at a global law firm in London, a prominent Chinese state-owned enterprise, and a prestigious 'Red Circle' law firm. Her experience includes: Acquisitions & disposals: Advised institutional investors and private funds from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Israel on acquisitions including student accommodation, hotels, and large-scale retail portfolios. Asset management & leasing: Advised on premium office portfolios and business parks for global investors; led complex lease restructurings and head office relocations for US and Japanese corporations. Cross-border corporate support: Acted on multi-jurisdictional asset transfers and carve-outs, including distressed debt acquisitions and global manufacturing site reorganisations. Real estate finance: Represented Chinese and European banks and lenders on high-profile development financing and mixed-use estate refinancing. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys cocktail tasting, hiking, watching movies and gardening. She is also keen to return to sailing when her little one is a bit older.
