Asset management & leasing: Advised on premium office portfolios and business parks for global investors; led complex lease restructurings and head office relocations for US and Japanese corporations. Cross-border corporate support: Acted on multi-jurisdictional asset transfers and carve-outs, including distressed debt acquisitions and global manufacturing site reorganisations. Real estate finance: Represented Chinese and European banks and lenders on high-profile development financing and mixed-use estate refinancing. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys cocktail tasting, hiking, watching movies and gardening. She is also keen to return to sailing when her little one is a bit older.
