Luke was assigned to me as the lawyer on the sale of my new self build house as it involved a land registry split and it was being sold for the first time, so it was not a straight forward situation. Not to mention the chain was very challenging. Thank goodness Luke was assigned to me as he was just AMAZING! He explained complex situations to me in plain language so I understood everything. He kept me informed, always made sure I was ahead of the game with paperwork and he always kept things moving, even when he was off on holiday!
