Can’t fault Zoe at JBGass at all. My first time buying and the whole process took just over 2 months and that’s including stamp duty changes delays which as a first time buyer didn’t affect me. Solicitor Zoe Olender and assistant Lara Hallworth managed the conveyancing process for the sale of our house and linked purchase of our new house, which was challenging to say the least. Without going in to too much detail, we had almost every issue you could encounter in a conveyancing transaction from non-compliant septic tanks to demands from rent charge owners with coal mines and flooding thrown in for good measure. Fortunately, we found Zoe and Lara to be excellent and they worked with us throughout the process, adapting to the obstacles and providing practical solutions and invaluable advice so that we eventually managed to get everything over the line. Highly recommended.

The property had recently transferred from Leasehold to Freehold. The purchase required detailed and persistent follow-up with our Sellers Solicitor and involved complex issues that required clarification from Land Registry. This together with an impatient Seller who had did not always respond when detailed information was requested resulted in complex purchase.
