Stephen joined us as a Private Client Solicitor having qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. Stephen read Law at King’s College London and graduated in 2009. He qualified as a solicitor with a Cambridge firm in 2014 and then worked as a Private Client Solicitor at a firm in Ely, until joining us as a Private Client Solicitor in late 2016. Stephen has many years of experience in ‘Private Client work’, which includes, the administration of estates, Wills, the setting up and administration of Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney/Court of Protection matters. Stephen particularly enjoys acting in the administration of complex estates and Trusts, as well as complex Will drafting. He is often involved in advising on and acting in high value estates, many with complex issues such as detailed Inheritance Tax matters, Trusts, businesses, many types of shareholdings and assets overseas.
