Complicated Probate Achieved!

My sister and I required expert advice to be granted probate on my fathers estate after he passed away in the Far East. The application was complex for several reasons and after being passed from pillar to post by both the Probate Service and HMRC we decided to instruct a solicitors to take the lead. Edmondson Hall was recommended to us by a family member so we made contact and instructed them to deal with it on our behalf. Whilst the process was extremely long due to inadequacies of the Probate Service, the solicitor assigned to us, Lynda Allett, was professional and tenacious throughout. She kept us updated as best as she could without incurring us unwarranted additional charges. Can not thank Lynda enough for her help with achieving probate allowing us, as a family, to finally move on some 2 years and 5 months after my fathers passing
