Avoid at all costs
This has been the most unprofessional organisation I have ever encountered. Their handling of arrangements following my father’s passing made an already difficult time significantly more distressing. Calls went unreturned, emails unanswered, and commitments repeatedly broken. The overall service was disorganised and deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Without wishing to disclose the exact nature of your contact with us, we can say the process was lengthy, involved family members, and was at times contentious. While we understand you must have felt very frustrated, we are satisfied we conducted the matter with the care and attention demanded.
