Hattens solicitors carried out our residential conveyancing for a big move to Sheffield from Chelmsford. The chain wasn't easy, but Hattens were communicative and got the job done! Went to Hattens to get my will done, through St. Lukes make a will month, the solicitor donates the fee to the hospice.
Leonie Adams did the will for me. I am very pleased with the service, she explained everything, was effiecient, and very helpful. I would recommend Hattens.

Leonie Adams did a brilliant job helping us to write our wills . She was straightforward in her approach,which we liked . We then used her to sell and buy a house . It was a nightmare journey for us all but Leonie was fantastic . She was quick to respond, professional and we always felt confident that she had our best interests at heart . We would always want her to act for us in the future ! The staff at the office have always been lovely and we would highly recommend Hattens

Fantastic service
Having to deal with the sudden death was an extremely difficult time for our family but Leonie Adams, assisted by Emily May made the whole process of dealing with probate and the sale of property from the estate easy for us. Highly supportive help
We had good support both in drawing up wills and applying for probate when it was needed. The solicitor was available to speak to or answered my queries in a timely fashion. Her letters were in plain English so that I could understand the meaning. She also translated "legalese"when necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending Hattens.

Fantastic from the outset.
I am writing to bring to your attention the excellent work of Leonie Adams. She is a credit to your company. Leonie first wrote our wills earlier in the year. We were so impressed with her unpretentious approach and straight talking that we wanted her to help us when we were selling our house more recently. She has been fantastic from the outset. She has been very approachable, and we always felt she had our interests at heart. She worked long hours and was efficient and professional throughout. We had some nightmare situations, particularly at the end of the purchase but Leonie worked to the last moment and successfully sold our house and bought our new one.

I cannot recommend Leonie enough
I was looking for a local solicitor to help write my will. I looked at the local Solicitors in Grays, Essex and liked the look of Hattenss, they had good reviews and within walking distance from where I live. I was a bit sceptical because writing a will is not the nicest task in the world. I need not have worried. I was greeted by Leonie Adams on appointment day, and she made me feel at ease immediately. Leonie was excellent, she was helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me through the process with ease and no stress. I cannot recommend Leonie enough; I was always kept up to date with the process and any changes that I had asked for on the draft will were done immediately.
