Partly due to previous dealings with traditional solicitors, which has made me wary of the profession in general, I was initially skeptical at using an online service for my divorce proceedings but after having read some good reviews, I decided to take the plunge and use OLS. Whilst my case was exceptionally straightforward, I still found their operatives to be helpful and confidence inspiring. I felt that my case and the process involved was being explained to me clearly. I was charged the price I was quoted and proceedings were completed within the time-frame I had expected. Only (small) criticism was that I would have preferred the good folks handling my case to be a little more proactive. Whilst it was a couple of years back now, I seem to remember having to prompt them by phone and/or email once or twice to make sure my case was progressed as rapidly as possible. However, ultimately, I was very happy with the service I received.
