As required
The service from the team was adequate - communication sometimes a bit clunky but the work was completed as required in the timescale promised and was approved by the judge with no queries so overall I'm satisfied.

Excellent
OLS always answered the phone when I called and could either answer my questions or get back to me promptly. Communication is key throughout the Consent Order process and I found OLS to be excellent with communication. The initial online paperwork was clear and easy to navigate.

Good experience
Was fairly quick and efficient. The cost was fixed and a reasonable price. My divorce was amicable so only needed the legals sorted and they were efficient. I would recommend again for this purpose but i didn't need much input for a Solicitor.

Financial Consent Order
Very smooth from start to finish, very responsive to questions, if you follow their instructions and complete everything correctly this is a very good option which is so much cheaper than using an in person solicitor.

Easy advice for pre-nuptial agreement
I contacted OLS about second party advice for a pre-nuptial agreement. Client onboarding was done online and the free phone consultation with Sian was personable and professional. Lorraine and Georgina were helpful in completing the process efficiently and to my satisfaction. Georgina was thorough in her review of the documents and provided useful explanations where I had questions. I completed this process from outside of the UK, which was a non-issue. From an LGBTQ+ perspective, I felt totally at ease with OLS staff handling my pre-nuptial agreement for a same- marriage from the first phone call. Overall positive, easy experience.
