Penny Raby was heavily involved in the childrens proceedings, and as such, we had a good result. Unfortunately, when we moved to the financial proceedings where the majority of the work was undertaken by other team members, I found the service slipped and I had to chase multiple times for any responses or action to be taken. The result of the financial proceedings was less than satisfactory. Overall, I would not use them again.

I was initially very anxious about having to engage a solicitor for the financial settlement after divorce but having a meeting with Penny settled my nerves. I met her in a cosy environment not a panelled headmistress type office and discussed my situation. After that a couple of Zoom calls and some paperwork to be filled in she guided me through the process. Happily all resolved now and at a very reasonable price.
