We recently needed advice regarding our wills. My husband is terminally ill and undergoing palliative hospice care at home. Unfortunately, due to his condition deteriorating so quickly, we were anxious to place Inheritance Act Statements on our wills which we had been intending to do for a long time, but never actioned it. We contacted your department and were able to make an appointment with Jack Przedborski. Jack went above and beyond to assist us with this matter, supporting us with home visits, taking our instructions and preparing the necessary Statements to be witnessed and signed. Jack not only acted with professionalism and clarity, but was also very compassionate and empathic with regards to our circumstances.
