Priti was admitted to the roll in 1991 after completing her training with a regional firm, Pictons. In 1993 she joined PKP French where she later became the Principle Residential Property Partner. Priti has over 25-years’ experience in dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters and covers all aspects of work in this area. As well as dealing with the standard Conveyancing transactions, Priti also deals with New Development, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Staircasing matters. Priti is committed to her clients, many of whom came to her as a result of referrals from existing clients, well-known property developers and professional recommendations. Her expertise extends to managing a portfolio of clients who are spread across the UK and the globe – key regions being China, Australia, UAE, Kenya and USA – making herself available for enquiries outside of normal office hours and keeping her clients up to date throughout the transaction, providing a high-quality service which is aided by use of the latest technology and security management.

    Pritiben's outstanding service at Vyman's

    I cannot thank Priti and her team at Vyman enough for their support and expertise. I had exchanged contracts at auction without first taking legal advice and initially instructed priti to assist with completing the purchase. However. upon reviewing the matter..it was quickly identified that the property was not mortgageable and that i was in a very difficult position. Priti immediately took control of the situation..clearly explaining the risks and the potential consequences. What stood out most was how calm..proactive and determined she was throughout. Rather than simply progressing matters to completion..she fought to protect my position. Thanks to her persistence and strategic approach..she was able to secure the return of my deposit from the sellers..which was an enormous relief and far beyond what I had expected given the circumstances. Pritiben was supported by her team..including James..varsha..urmila..who assisted her throughout and were always responsive and helpful. From start to finish, I felt I was in safe and capable hands under priti's leadership. Her expertise.,clear advice and commitment to achieving the best outcomes made all the difference during a very stressful situation. I would not hesitate to recommend priti and her team at Vyman to anyone dealing with a residential property matter-they truly go above and beyond....

    Excellent conveyancing experience

    Priti Patel, the residential specialist at Vyman solicitor's, helped us buy our first 'buy to let' in 2013 and it was therefore a 'no brainer' to use her expertise to help sell this flat. Her quote was reasonable and when the sale went through yesterday there were no hidden surprises in the Vyman invoice even though I had contacted her on many occasions. First and foremost though is that Priti is an expert in the conveyancing field and she is proactive in the sale process making sure the buyer's side have everything they need to move forward. The other quality i really appreciated is her responsiveness to queries and availability to take calls (or quickly return calls when necessary). In addition to Priti, Varsha Patel, the legal secretary, helped massively with all the administration and working with her was always pleasant. In summary i can say i have no hesitation in recommending Priti and Varsha for any conveyancing requirements and i am sure my children will use their service when the time to buy or sale a property arises
