Key things that stood out in terms of your service are that (1) Karthiga was very responsive (prompt response when I reached out to her with questions via email) 2) no need to send chaser email - Sarah & Karthiga told me it'll take ~6 months for register to be updated.. and viola - in exactly 6 months, I received a copy of register & all finalised doc in post. Very impressed

Karthiga managed both a sale of a house and, later, the purchase of an apartment. The sale was managed very efficiently and was straight forward. The purchase of the apartment proved to be more complex and required persistent requests for essential information that was not forthcoming. Karthiga was extremely professional and gave excellent advice during a frustrating time. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Karthiga at CWJ was very knowledgable and responsive when handling my case. I was buying my ex partner out of our mortgage and had never done this before as a first time buyer so she made sure to explain everything clearly so I understood.
She also made sure to communicate costs clearly so I had no nasty surprises.

Really good service, excellent Reponses to enquires. If I sent an email it was answered immediately . My company was buying a local property and the service we received was very good. The price was also excellent for the level of service we received . I have definitely found the local law firm for the companies local needs. We have a large corporate law firm for our global work. However, for local issues and property I can recommend CWJ.

Overall I thought CWJ did a good job and our house was sold without drama. As with all businesses there were things you could improve but we happy that our house sale went through smoothly.
