NHS Redundancy Claim. I really needed a solicitor who understood the NHS staff Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions as well as Employment Law. While many solicitors generalise, I wanted someone who was an expert and would act on my behalf and not just to the benefit of their company. Henry was on holiday when I contacted his office. His excellent team arranged for Henry to review my documents and he met with me on his first day back in the office. With Henry's prompt and pragmatic advice, I was successful in arguing my claim with my employer. Not only did they change their mind within a matter of hours, but also settled my claim within a matter of weeks. I cannot recommend Henry highly enough.
