We purchased and sold our house through Ralph Sayer and I cannot recommend them enough. Our purchase was managed by Jordan. We had some difficult sellers and Jordan managed to make this process simple and smooth. He kept us informed, made sure we had good advice and was always professional and knowledgable. Owen managed our sale. This became very complicated when trying to handle moving dates as our buyers and purchase were struggling to agree a date. Owen did an amazing job of making this work out, and getting all parties to agree to a reasonable date. Louise was managing our final conveyancing. I have worked with Louise before and am very glad I did again. We had an extremely stressful last couple of days, but thanks to Louise’s hard work above and beyond her required duty, we managed to complete our move as planned. Throughout this process Ralph sayer were professional, knowledgeable and very communicative. Their advice was timely, accurate, thorough, specific to us, and very welcome. However they were also willing to take on board our wishes and respect our desires. I would gladly use Ralph Sayer again and would reccomend the team to anyone.
