The team at Ralph Sayer managed to sell my house within a week. Their service felt very personal and they managed to get me a a great price. We had a clear strategy from the start and the plan was executed perfectly. Communication was often and very clear. Would 100% recommend.

I had a very easy and pleasurable experience right from the get go with Ralph Sayer. I initially called for help with a legal agreement in relation to a sale, as I live in England and had no clue how things work in Scotland.
I was immediately met with open arms and given exactly what I needed, after many failed attempts with other companies. This led to me listing my property with them and what a great experience it's been.
The communication and guidance from George on the sales team was second to none. He helped organised the contractors needed to refurb the property so it was ready for market. I received and accepted an offer for full asking price in just 11 days!
Thereon, the help, guidance and communication from Jadiene on the legal team was again second to none. Jadiene ensured I'm in the loop at all times and gave the peace of mind that things are moving along as they should.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Ralph Sayer for both their estate agency services and their conveyancing.
